My motto is dare, which means 'create and give' in Latin.

Punishments

Minor Punishments

• Extra/unpleasant work
• Lower wages for a month
• Some time in confinement

Major Punishments

• Lots of time in confinement
• Sent out of community

Every three months there will be a meeting held about the law/police and a reminder of punishments.

Enforcing the Law

To enforce the law, my utopia has a police force that takes care of minor transgressions.  If the transgression is major, then it would be dealt with by the council.

Government

My utopia will be a democracy. There will be ten members and they will be voted on each year.  There won't be one main leader but all of the council members will hold equal amounts of power.

Location/Name

Location:Chumphon, Thailand

I chose Chumphon as the location of my Utopia because of the warm climate, it's on the ocean and it's surrounded by forests.

Name:Cyan

I named my Utopia cyan because it is a type of blue, which is a peaceful and cal colour.  My utopia is supposed to be peaceful and serene.

History

The people of Chumphon, Thailand were living peacefully, but little did they know that disaster was heading their way.  A tsunami was coming.

The people of Chumphon had little time to prepare so they fled the area, heading to higher ground.  The tsunami wiped out everything, leaving the land bare.

The people had a chance to start again, so they took advantage of it and created their perfect world.

Religion

All religions are welcome in the community.  You can practice whatever religion you like.  There are no religious structures (churches, synagogues, etc.) but when an important celebration arises everyone has the opportunity to participate, to whatever extent they want.
